Colon Hydrotherapy Service

Colon Hydrotherapy is clean and relaxing. A soothing flow of purified warm water is instilled gently into the colon through a small disposable nozzle ("size of a pencil"). The small rectal nozzle is easily inserted to cleanse (evacuate) the contents of your lower colon. Your dignity is always maintained!

The system is designed to allow evacuation of the contents of the colon during the administration of the colonic irrigation. The pressure, temperature, and flow of water are all safely regulated throughout the session. The water is purified with an Ultra Violet Water Purification System.

The LIBBE device is comfortable and may be operated in privacy for those who prefer solitude. There is no odor! Odor is whisked away through the drain tube.

Ask your Physician for a prescription for sessions as needed or contact us for a Physician referral. Used as a non-laxative preparation for colonoscopy or when medically indicated!

Packages Available

We offer a variety of packages which you have the option to share with others. Contact us for pricing and package details.

Dietary Guidelines

Before Your Session

A day or two before and after a session, we suggest drinking lots of filtered or distilled water, herbal teas, and fresh juices; along with eating fresh, organic and seasonal vegetables, fruits, whole grains, soups, and lighter proteins.

Minimize your consumption of dairy, sugar, wheat, and red meat. Please remember to chew thoroughly!

The day of your session, eating or drinking mostly vegetables and fruits will put your body into a deeper cleansing mode. 2 hours before your appointment, try to avoid eating but drink as much water as possible so that you're not digesting during your session.

After Your Session

It is not uncommon for 1-3 days to pass before your first bowel movement after a session. Please be patient. Remember that the whole digestive tract is one long tube (7 times the length of your body if stretched out!) so it may take some time for your colon to refill.

Afterwards, as soon as you desire, it is okay to eat and drink again. Electrolyte-type drinks, such as Emergen-C and Recharge, are suggested along with a probiotic supplement or food including acidophilus and bifidus, like goat's yogurt or kefir.

If you are particularly sensitive, avoid raw vegetables, red meat, and alcohol. Please avoid overeating.
